Unique hand painted 'faux' marble wooden table

This antique table is made of wood with an iron bar in the middle.

Made around the end of 1800

The top is hand made in imitation 'faux' marble. The base is painted in black

These kind of tables where used in bar's ore cafe's

Good and stable condition, some paint chips. Nice detail that one leg has been turned around when it was made.

This woodworker must have been sleeping at the time.
