How to order

• We are a small, independent business and we sell mainly through our online gallery, we don't have a physical store
• We handle each order personally so we'd love to speak directly with you regarding purchasing or any questions or quests by telephone +31(0)650211550 or preferably send us an email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• You are of course always welcome to visit us to view the object(s) of your interest in person or pick up the object(s) yourself
• Always meantion the object(s) you are interested in so we can confirm its availabililty and make sure to be able to present it to you
• Articles can be put 'on hold' for you for a maximum of 7 days, in consultation this can be prolonged
• For invoices: All our articles already have an history and there is already paid sales tax on. Therefore we apply the margin scheme for 2nd hand goods

SHIPPING COSTS / DELIVERY

We ship the package as soon as the total amount including the agreed shipping costs have been transferred to our bank account named De Adelaar NL91 RABO 0392 408 910
After the payment has been recieved we will let you know and the package will be sent within 2-5 working days
We will let you know the track & trace number so you can obtain 24 hours per day online information on the shipping status of your parcel to know exactly when the package will be delivered to you

Small objects

• We can ship worldwide with Postnl (under 20 kilo and smaller than 100 x 50 x 50 cm) or with DHL or FEDEX
• All items will be carefully wrapped, packed and handled with great care
• There is always a shipping document as proof of shipment
• The parcel need to be signed by the recipient for acceptation
• Most shipping companies need a telephone number for us to state on the parcels

Shipping costs* for Belgium, Denmark, Germany, England, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden 

*) Insurance and possible import duties not included. If you want insurance please let me know

Larger objects / furniture

• >We offer personal delivery in Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and a part of Germany
• >For other countries we make use of international carriers. For an estimate delivery price please let us know the article (code-number) and the city + country to ship to
• >The costs depend on the weight and measurements of the box(es)/ pallet after the items have been packed. It needs some time to give you an estimate for these items
