- This typical chair has an army green colored steel frame, red vinyl upholstery and steel squared legs.
- Solid and functional made for heavy use and known for extreme durability
- Material: steel, aluminum, vinyl
- Normal signs of age and wear. The vinyl is still in a good condition.
During World War II, steel furniture, office supplies, and field equipment were sent from the United States to Europe to support the US Army and Allied forces.

These particular chairs ware used by military officers during WII and have a strong robust construction to survive the harsh conditions during the war and were built to deliver exceptional durability
After the war, many of these pieces of furniture remained here in Europe as surplus, where they were acquired by local businesses or government agencies.
