Very beautiful and decorative ERPE model 52 old Art-Deco desk lamp, produced in Belgium (Brussels) by Etablissements Ritzen & Penners, circa 1925–1935. Famous for its sleek and characteristic Art-Deco/Bauhaus lines.
This desk lamp, also called notary lamp or banker's lamp, is an early design by Erpe in the rare colors bright green and red, circa 1925.
This beautiful lamp has a heavy cast iron base with a characteristic stepped shape, a wrought iron arm and a bright green enameled shade with a white interior. The arm and shade are adjustable.
Marked on the bottom of the base in relief Erpe model 52, made in Belgium.
The enamel shade is adjustable and the lamp stands on a cast iron base. Working with light age-related traces. E27 fitting.
In working condition, renewed wiring with original plug that works perfectly.
