A very special and old glass jar with 4 ears (one has been restored) decorated with braided rope for an easy grip.
African or Indonesian probably for ceremonial or ritual use
Probably for oil or medicinal drink.
Estimated around 1950-1960, glass jar may be older
The figurative wooden dome is in the shape of a man/ancestor which contributes to the power of the liquid
The glass itself is painted black so that the liquid would not come into contact with sunlight
