Sjoukje Rosalie Dijkstra (Akkrum, January 28, 1942 – Someren, May 2, 2024) was a Dutch figure skater. In the 1960s, Dijkstra was one of the world's top skaters.
She became world champion in 1962, 1963, and 1964, and from 1960 onward, European champion five times in a row. In 1960, she won the silver medal at the Winter Olympics in Squaw Valley, and four years later, the gold medal at the Winter Games in Innsbruck.
