Set of 4 antique French 19th century candlesticks.
This set of candlesticks are early 19th century and probably French.
Turned solid elm wood with a wrought iron pin with an iron drip catcher underneath. A heavy iron edge reinforcement at the bottom.

Probably church altar candlesticks
These candlesticks have an attractive "lived" appearance and a beautiful grain in the wood.
Their simplicity and rich color make them very stylish and decorative. Beautiful primitive and rural appearance.

Good used condition, some cracks in the wood and some damage to the iron drip catchers.
Dimensions 83 cm high. The base has a diameter of 18.5 cm and the candle holders have a diameter of 14 cm
