Mid-Century Modern Industrial Design Dazor Floating Lamp

Large and heavy industrial vintage work-desk lamp by Dazor Floating Fixture from the USA, ca 1950
This impressive and sublime industrial designed lamp is made from metal with a warm grey coating
The lamp has a heavy base andarticulating arm that allows it to effortlessly raise, lower, swivel and extend out to any position.
A unique system which gives a little resistance when you push down but it veritably "floats" up with little assistance. Great mechanistic look.
On top of lamp is a red and black on and off push button.

Very good cosmetic and mechanical condition with only a few minor scratches to paint.

The lamp is in a good working condition and comes with two fluorescent bulbs ( thease are still readily available in any store)
Dimensions: the maximum height is 74 cm
The foot is 25 cm wide, 17 cm deep and 6 cm high.
The hood with 2  tube light bulbs is 47 cm wide, 11 cm deep and 5 cm high
The weight is 7 kilo.
