Rare Olympia - SG1 Super de Luxe - typewriter from 1961 with number 7 - 690736

The Olympia SG-1 was considered the best handmade typewriter ever made in Germany, the Olympia's were considered the Mercedes Benz among typewriters

The typewriter has a red cast iron frame on the inside and a steel casing

Good vintage condition. I am not a real expert but I think all functions work, including the bell at the end.
The double-colored ribbon in black and red needs to be replaced.
The buttons have spring-loaded keys

Equipped with a row of double space functions (the row at the top) which was still a luxury option for this type of typewriter
The original plastic paper guide is also still present, which is a rarity ( 2 small cracks, see detailed pictures)

Size approximately 50 x 40 x 22

There is a metal emblem on the back

The Maker was: Olympia Werke AG. Wilhelmshaven Made in West Germany
The importer in the Netherlands was " Kantoormachine - Import Den Haag, Parkweg 3 "
